Refund Policy

At Minipop, we carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because of the nature of our products and to prevent misuse of our return system, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after ordering
• Liking a different product after purchase
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Minor differences in color or design due to screen display

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.

If approved, we will arrange either:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, depending on product availability.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

• The product is confirmed to be defective or damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item is out of stock after order placement

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
• Orders where delivery was attempted but refused by the customer

Order Refusal / Fake Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel future orders from the same customer.
